Olympic weightlifting is a beautifully technical sport that everyday exercisers and serious competitors can both enjoy. Classic weightlifting focuses on the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Our knowledgeable head weightlifting coach, Michael Murphy, will teach you to move efficiently and safely through these movements, and tailor your progressions to suit your goals and capabilities.
We have a dedicated weightlifting area with several platforms, specifically designed to optimise your training and keep all the equipment you need easily within reach during your sessions.
