Our Recovery Room is designed to aid recovery and provide a relaxing space for any and all who need it.
We offer the Recovery Room at a very affordable price, with both casual passes and direct debit options available. Inside you will have access to an Odin Cold Plunge, a Found Space infrared sauna and Normatec boots.
